Norwich City – Liverpool

Liverpool visits Norwich City at the Carrow Road on Saturday, looking to make another confident step towards the Premier League title. So far the Reds are still unbeaten in the league after 25 games played.

Things are going more than good for Liverpool. Jurgen Klopp’s boys are leading the standings with 73 points and they have a more than solid 22 points advantage in front of the current champion Manchester City. It’s just a matter of time before Liverpool officially win the title.

24 wins and one draw from 25 games played – what can we say more about Liverpool’s performance so far? It’s just brilliant. The Reds are moving towards doing the best season in the history of the league.

Last week Liverpool didn’t have any problems when they faced Southampton at the Anfield. Klopp’s boys scored four goals and won the game with 4-0. Mohamed Salah added two more goals to his tally, while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Jordan Henderson also scored past Alex McCarthy.

For Norwich City the situation is looking now more and more problematic. The club is 20th in the league with 18 points, currently being 7 points behind the 17th Aston Villa and the safe zone. If Norwich want to survive, they must do an incredibly good finish of the campaign. But against Liverpool, especially right now, it’s going to be really difficult.

In their last game Norwich City managed to win a point. Daniel Farke’s boys visited Newcastle United at the St. James’ Park and went home with a point after a 0-0 draw. It was not a win, but a point is still a point – it could eventually matter at the end.

We don’t have any doubts that Liverpool will take the three points against Norwich City on Saturday. Jurgen Klopp’s team is unstoppable at the moment and we think it’d be hardly possible for the last in the standings to trouble the Reds.
